Jacque was wonderful to work with, He actually made arrangements to come out before our appointment and he determined what parts were needed. He then went to a supply store ,got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. He is professional and courteous, I highly recommend Honest Abe with 5 stars

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Very friendly, knew what he was doing. Fixed the problem he came for but also fixed a new problem. Did a great job. Jacques answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. I would hire him again. I called other plumbers and they wanted an arm and leg just to walk in the house. Very reasonable in cost.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Jacques came out the same day I called, to look at a faulty water heater. He gave me a couple options that I would have to run by the other condo owners before I could approve the repair. Other owners gave the ok, so I called Jacques back that evening about dinner time. I thought he would come the next day, but he did not want us without hot water, so he came back that evening and installed a new thermal coupler. Problem solved . Jacques war great.
