BANKRUPT COMPANY! Beware!!!! We gave them over $11,000 for a deposit for 3 garage doors. We called several times to ask about delivery date and after repeated phone calls and postponed the delivery date, we found out that the company who makes the doors is going BANKRUPT and can?t complete our order. This company did not offer to refund our money! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS! Now we have wasted almost a year and our money! There are YouTube videos about people?s experiences with them. Please don?t fall for their scam!!!!

Scammers, liars, they stole my money! I paid $2075 and they took my money!

They took my money and did not deliver the product and filed for bankruptcy

Be very careful of this Company ordered Garage door in April with down payment invoice says 11 weeks lead time been promised multiple delivery dates none of which have been made impossible to get return calls it is our opinion they may be under funded and using new deposits to pay for old orders now there claiming November delivery image April purchase so we have made plans for alternative door and they have threatened we wait or we get a lien on the property we have damages as a sale and market condition because of this one delay no emails no calls they do not care be careful and make sure you have access to a lawyer if you do business with them!!

Great company

I had my garage door installed and it did not past inspection. They had to come back and install the screws that were missing. Then the inspector had to come back to inspect the door. It finally past. I had complained from day one the noise the garage door was making. They came back to seal the tracks and it still made a screeching noise. They told me it was due to my old garage door opener. So I immediately bought a new one from them and it still screeched. They told me they would replace the hinges with quiet ones and it would take four months to get the hinges. It is now 5 months later and no hinges. I called and called and no return call from the Manager Eric. He promised me that he would replace the hinges and I seem to be getting the run around. Now they tell me it is going to take another month to get because of hurricane season. These hinges were ordered well before hurricane season. All I want is what I paid for. The customer service with this company is horrendous. I would never use them again.

good company and good attention

The first door they delivered had the windows on the wrong side. Unfortunately they tried to tell me that's what I ordered but I keep all my paperwork and emails. Took another 3 months before correct door was delivered. Install went fine, door is great quality, customer service needs some work.

I have no complaints whatsoever great service on time very professional and I also love the friendliness they cleaned everything an all great job I would recommend hurricane Garage to anyone also budget friendly ?.

We had the garage door installed in Dec 2021. Since then, the door makes a very loud, grinding sound when it opens or closes. We called customer service in Feb and they came out and banged on the door with a hammer and sprayed some lubricant. It solved the problem for about a week. Since then it still makes a very loud, grinding sound. I called them again to please send someone out to correct this problem. Now they want to charge me over $100 for a service call. I explained to them that the problem was never fixed. I was told that I purchased the least expensive garage door ($3000) and that these are problems that i will have for the life of the door. I am not happy with that reply. The door is binding and needs proper service but I am not paying any more money to this company to fix a problem that has always been there.

Very professional. Tech identified a framing issue due to arch shape of the front of my garage. He showed me the issue and ran out to Home Depot to get the proper piece of lumber so the new install would look great. Highly recommend.

they were fine except ,timing I was stuck 2 Saturday home they haven't show up ,till i decide to cancel my Oder ,they call back and promise to come Sunday which they did ,and the did good Job ,the installer has done great job , I would like to give installer 5 stars after i was happy with job .

Make sure you ask about lead times for doors that are not white. That was where they failed me. They lead me to believe that I could have the color door I wanted with no indication that it would lead to a longer lead time. I wound up settling for a white door because of the excessive lead time to get a color door. Excellent workmanship and final product and other than the lack of full disclosure with respect to the color door, responsive and professional.
