I had a great experience with Justin and his crew working on my crawl space. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Justin took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure all my questions were answered, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Stay away! My project date was postponed 3 times and with each email notification I received, it stated this is a TENATIVE DATE. Frustrated, I canceled the contract only to discover that in the fine print of the contract language, HydroHelp911 gets to keep 35% of the total project cost. They chose to enforce the contract to the letter. My initial deposit was gone! All terms and conditions in their contract are written to defend HydroHelp911 legally. Again, they chose to enforce these terms even after 3 delays. Potential customers beware.

Jeremy and Austin were pleasant, engaging, hardworking, and competent workers for HydroHelp911. They arrived on Monday and started working immediately. They had to remove wet insulation, rotted floor joists, and replace piers and add jacks. They showed me pictures of their work in progress and asked me if I had questions and explained the answers clearly. They installed a French Drain and added a vapor barrier. Even though the time allotted to complete all their jobs was 10 days, they completed everything in 6 days and cleaned up everything from my yard. I would recommend this company for the thoroughness of work done and for the early completion of the job.

Jeremy and Austin were hardworking, competent, and thorough in the completion of their jobs. They completed everything in 6 days instead of the allotted 10 days. They explained the jobs and even took pictures of completed work. They were engaging and professional and very polite. JJ Evans kept in touch with them and with me as the work progressed. I now have new floor joists and support beams, a vapor barrier, and a French drain to take away excess water. 5 Stars!!

I discovered continuous high humidity under my house. Called HydroHelp911 because a friend recommended them. HydroHelp911 came and made recommendations and explained what was needed. The price was very reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would use HydroHelp911 again and will recommend HydroHelp911 to my friends.

I discovered mold in my crawlspace and contacted a few contractors to bid mold mitigation. HydroHelp911 was the only one that showed up on time and actually called 15 minutes prior to confirm we were still expecting them. Their estimator (Danny) was professional, thorough and answered all of our questions. Later on that night (as promised) their quote was emailed to me. My wife and I decided to hire them to remove old insulation, perform mold mitigation, install a vapor barrier and install new insulation. Danny explained up front that they were about 6 weeks out from being able to start the work. I appreciated his honesty. About 4 weeks later we started to get updates from their office manager Kyla with estimated start dates. They started within 1 day of their original start date estimated 6 weeks earlier. Their crew showed up on time, prepared and went right to work. They did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. These days it is almost impossible to find a company tht shows up when they say they will, performs the work as discribed and follows through on all their promises. I would Highly recommend HydroHelp 911.

The Advanced Ventilation Solutions team was very punctual, professional, and prices were fair. They kept me up to date with the progress of the work and finished when they said they would. I definitely recommend them and will hire again, if needed.

I don't live near the house I had to have work done on but Advanced Ventilation went in and took care of everything and also kept me informed at all times as to their status and what needed to be done. Hope I don't need their services again but if I do I will call them again. Cory did a great job explaining things and kept me informed.
