I was quoted $500-600 for the replacement on a blower motor. When I was contacted about the motor being ready for install the quote went to $800. The final bill was $932. You may want to get the estimate in writing. Seemed to me like a classic case of the bait and switch

The owner, Dan, is an honorable man. He came out himself back in the first part of October 2019. He checked our Lennox heat pump and our Lennox furnace; the furnace's main heating element/very large coil, was totally covered in ice. Dan told me that he would contact the Lennox company about a replacement coil. There were a number of phone calls between him and me before he received the new coil at the beginning of November. Dan had told me in the interim that "we will take care of you". Oftentimes with businesses that phrase is just rhetoric. Dan's tech, Mike and his assistant, promptly came out to our house and within 2 hours had our heat up and running....thank goodness because in October it was starting to get cold. Mike and his assistant were professional and tried explaining to me what they were doing. Dan had ascertained that the new furnace coil was covered under warranty....Mike had come last fall to check on and service our heat pump...he was very respectful and competent in getting the work done. So YES, I would recommend Ice King and I will call on the nice people to come back again should the need arise!

He came and assessed the job and made a bid which we accepted. The came in the next day and put duct work to my dryer. My laundry was backed up without a properly working dryer. Thank you Ice King, LLC for your expert service.

He came out and quickly figure out my problem and fix my AC. He was very nice and efficient.

unhappy with work does not want call back, ac still not working after service pro added coolant, did not provide the service cust was looking for, upset charged for overtime work.

They responded quick and was very knowledgeable.

Very thorough, however he took two phone calls from potential customers during his visit and charged me for that time. Also, after spending 45 minutes searching for refrigerant leaks he discovered that his equipment had a problem, and he had to start over. Charged me for this time too. Would have been a much higher rating, but return calls between jobs and make sure your equipment is working before you show up!

Dan returned my call immediately, set up an appointment early the next morning, and Mike and Lee took out my old furnace the next morning and installed a new one. They were very polite and professional.

Returned calls quickly, very considerate about appt times, reliable, would highly recommend. One of the few that install wood/pellet stoves that you already have. Nice, friendly workers and helpful advise
