They are a fraudulent company. They are unprofessional. They took the money for the project and then they do not respond or do the project.

The work was done professionally and effieciently - was more than I had originally thought it would be (add ons) but I now have a clean system and I am very happy.

Where to begin documenting this less than stellar experience? I was told that vents were $7.00 each, ok, but I only have six and there is a 10-vent minimum. Ok. So, returns are $10 each, fine. But the main line is free, yet I was charged $178 for main line trunks. The house is 1154 feet, how many main lines can there be? And the hard sell, oh was it hard. So many upsells and add ons, you would think my home was an abetment case. Yet the cleaning was rudimentary. The actual cleaning tool was a large wet dry shop vac, with a small caliber hose, and a fluffer fixture attached to a hand-held drill attachment. What? The before and after pictures were virtually the same. Yes, they did some black light scope pics, which were to detect mold and mildew, but to detect that, you need to send samples to a lab to see what is growing to abate the situation correctly. The tech did not wear booties in the house and was careless with the equipment. Hoses were just dropped and seemed to be placed without care for the just-finished flooring. I have had duct cleaning performed in the past and did not receive the same level of expertise or care during this visit. Cannot recommend.

I actually called Boise Clean Air to clean out my vents since they donâ t install them but this survey didnâ t give me that option. They do a VERY thorough job. Cameron, our technician was great and even worked around our unexpected emergency remodel. Everything looks brand new. Definitely would highly recommend this company. Love the fact that I was shown before and after pictures of my vents. What a difference!

The technician who did the duct cleaning was kind, professional, personable and thorough.

Jake was professional and speedy with out being rushed or sloppy. He was able to show before and after pictures to show problem areas we had and gave suggestions on how to correct them if we so desired. We chose to fix the issues so it will be easier and cheaper in the future to do a follow up cleaning. We are very happy with the work we had done.

The options for what was done (above) are not accurateâ ¦All my vents, intake and dryer vent in my home got cleaned and sanitized, I got an education in maintenance and what to look for. I also go a lifetime guarantee and price for future cleanings. Since my vents had never been cleaned in this home, it was a bit more but well worth the price. And further cleanings will be at a fixed price, which gives me great peace of mind! Highly recommend this company!

Jake arrived on time, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. Our vents had never been cleaned and he showed us pictures. They were extremely dirty he worked hard and cleaned them all. We are very happy and when we need to get them recleaned we will definitely call and ask for Jake.

This company sucks. I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up. I tried calling and leaving a couple of voicemails and they never called back. Horrible customer service.

$100 for a 5-minute job seems high to me. Dryer vent clean now.

Worst service . Tech that came out treated my wife like xxxx. Kept calling her bossy for just wanting a price for the job. He tried to get us to buy a 800+ $ service when all we called for was a simple vent cleaning. When we said we would wait to get the service he said it would be 80$ just for him to come out. He only cleaned 7 of 12 vents . He did not put half the vent covers back on. When it came to cleaning out the dryer vent he asked me to help run the drill because he could do it himself. I do not pay people to come work on my house and do work with them. He called his boss during the visit and his boss yelled at him on the phone while he was on speaker phone. So unprofessional from the top down. He ended up charging me 156$ for what truly was 30 min worth of work. I would not not recommend even if you have to wait for a professional company it would be totally worth it.

Strongly advise others to avoid this provider, services appear egregiously priced, and the company did not follow through when asked for additional information.

Cody seem upset when i turned down the higher priced service he want to sell me. I just wanted my vents cleaned and he tried to up sell me. Cody left my house a mess it took me 2 hours to clean it all up with the dust and all. He also did not care about dragging his equipment all over my new hard wood fllors.

Nothing else

My furnace wasn't working after they left. I had trouble getting a hold of them after hours. The tech did come & fix the problem.
