In a few words, just perfect

ob was to replace a short piece of rotten facia on a two story house and change light bulbs in two fixtures above stairs. He came out and presented an estimate based on location of the work to be done. Originally scheduled work for a Monday but did call and rescheduled to Wednesday between 10-11 am. Showed up around 12 with a ladder that was too short to do the work and said that they needed to rent a lift to do the job. Finally returned at 2 pm and replaced facia board but it was raining by then and repair was not painted. Only way I would consider using them again is if the job was not in the air. They were not prepared for the job and I had to pay extra because of them not bring the correct ladder. The helper was also not comfortable working off the ground. They did change the light bulbs but did not complete other small jobs that were promised.

Original offer was 85$ to open the pipe, but then they charged 250$ for 20 minutes work. They need to replace the 10 inches length of the drying pipe from my AC unit.
