Didnâ t finish the job as planned. There was a few day delay in ordering a fireplace insert and he went on to other jobs first before completing the job. Also likes to talk a lot and give advice when he should be listening to what the customer wants and focus on completing his work instead of talking.

John arrived when he said he would, did excellent work, cleaned up and charged a fair price. We will be using his services for more small jobs very soon, we were very pleased.

John of J.T. Repairs & Construction was very through and explained the work as he went along if explanation was needed. After the job was completed, John cleaned up the work area(s) and removed all the parts which were replaced, etc. He also was willing to look at another project we presented and gave us an estimate for that work if we choose to have it done. We would certainly not hesitate to have him provide his service and skills for us in the future.

JOHN GRAY INSTALLED A NEW DEADBOLT AND KEY-LOCK KNOB ON MY FRONT ENTRY DOOR TODAY, PLUS NEW WEATHERSTRIPPING GASKETS -- HE ARRIVED ON TIME (9 A.M.) AND DID A GREAT JOB FIXING THE DEADBOLT OPENING TO ADMIT THE NEW HARDWARE ...........THE OLD DEADBOLT HADN'T WORKED RIGHT FOR SOME TIME, AND JOHN TOLD ME THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE ! I WILL CERTAINLY HAVE HIM DO MORE WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE -- I NEED A NEW STORM DOOR TO REPLACE THE ILL-FITTING ONE THAT HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR 20 YEARS -- THIS SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THIS COMING WINTER . I had a list of work that needed done, which John completed in a timely manner, with quality workmanship/attention to detail, and his labor pricing was fair. The work he completed was installing new garage doors, an entrance door, exterior painting, replaced window screens, masonry work and plumbing.
