Jeff first came and diagnosed we needed a new switch to fix our microwave. He ordered them and came back two weeks later. He asked my daughter to assist in withholding part of the door assembly as he installed the switch. He told her he put it in wrong...When he put it in, all the power blew!!! He swore the F word then sent her down to reset the fuse down in the basement. When she came back up he had the microwave unplugged, told her the microwave was toast and now could not be repaired. He told her not to plug it in again as it would be dangerous. He then told her he would issue a $56 refund and he wrote out a check. My daughter misplaced the check and there it out. Now he said he will only write a new check for $21 as he does not trust that it was thrown out and he will have to put it. Stop payment on it. offered my credit card info to secure that the check is gone, but he would not. He also said I would have it by 12/16......nothing in the mail!! Terrible way to treat a customer especially when he fried our microwave and now we are out his charges of $154 plus over $400 for a new microwave. Not a good person......do not RISK HAVING HIM WORK ON YOUR APPLIANCES!!!

He was very experienced and knowledgeable. Did not do repairs that were not needed and gave us information about our stove that we never knew. He was also very mindful of Covid.

We hired Jeff to fix our ice maker that stopped making ice. Jeff showed up on time and was pleasant. He replaced the part he thought was preventing ice from being made. Twenty-four hours later, still no ice. We contacted Jeff and he came back to replace the entire ice maker. After that repair, still no ice. As an added bonus now we cannot even store ice in the ice maker, because now it melts. We asked Jeff if he could at least fix the ice maker back to the condition it was in when he started working on it and he said he would have to charge us and that he does not know what the problem is and he could not guarantee that he could fix it. We spent $550 for Jeff to make our fridge worse. He tells us he will send a check for $180 for parts (we paid $300 for parts) which we were told had a 30-day warranty, they never worked. We will see if that comes. Jeff does not stand by his work and just blamed the manufacturer for his inability to fix our ice maker. I would recommend looking for someone who will stand by their work and be honest from the start.

Efficient and thorough. He came at the expected time window. Had extensive knowledge of the make/model of my oven. Was respectful of our hardwood floor and took precautions before pulling out the oven to get to the outlet

Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable. He repaired my refrigerator and answered my questions about water filters. He even looked at a second refrigerator which had a condensation problem and told me how to prevent it from occurring in the future (no charge as it was a quick fix). I definitely have found my new "go to" when I have appliances that need repair.

Honest and fair pricing, great service and communication

At first I wasn't sure about using Jeff's services because of his address showing hours away from me in apps I used, thinking the travel itself would be expensive. However, I called and he is actually in the Green Bay area many times a week. He was on time, great with my dogs, handled extra things found wrong very well without stressing out, explaining what it is and what has to be done before doing the work. He was all around a really nice guy, worked fast, and gave helpful information for future reference. Will definitely call him again for future work!

Jeff is obviously extremely knowledgeable about appliances. He diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator without making unnecessary repairs. He was very efficient. I will hire him next time I have any appliance problems.

Jeff was on time in fact even early for our appointment. He had our problem with refrigerator water filter assembly repaired in ten minutes. Well worth the service charge.

I contacted Jeff through Home Advisor, after being told by our local appliance repair shop that it would be a week and a half or more before they could get to us. He contacted me immediately and we set up an appointment for a day and a half later. I really appreciate Jeff's prompt and efficient service. He repaired our dishwasher in about 45 minutes and explained what he was doing as he was doing the work. After he was finished, he asked if we had any other issues with any of our appliances and would be glad to fix them while he was here. I recommend Jeff's Appliance Service without reservation. From now on he will be my primary contact for similar situations.

I hired Jeff to repair my freezer because it was not freezing, Jeff came out told he I needed a thermostat and charged me, that was not the problem, told me I needed a compressor, I told him I do not want to spent the money on that, my compressor is under the warranty, and I needed a certified tech to warranty the problem and he told me he was not certified tech, we have $292 already in this and we feel that we were taken advantage of because we still have the same problem
