They were a bit late. They did things that I didn't need them to do like make my bed over, like a hotel room, folded my hanging towels in the bathroom like a hotel. Instead I would have rather them clean or dusted the kitchen more and the living room more. They broke my blinds in one room and didn't say anything. I had to find it myself and now have to fix it. They didn't get everything I wanted done. Took longer than 3 hours and than were in a hurry to leave. They couldn't break a $20 bill so they got $10 more from me.
