original quote was very quick. when we finally were ready to get the work done, it took a lot of effort to get callback from the office and get scheduled. The work was professional and friendly.

A job that should have been done correctly the first time required 3 trips by the contractor and took much longer than it should have to be completed. Contractor was hired to replace an outdated circuit panel and replace some switches and outlets. Although there were allegedly two workmen on the initial visit, I only actually saw one of them here. That first job took 2 1/2 days to complete. I was required to pay in advance for the inspection, which was to be scheduled by the contractor. Unfortunately, this did not happen in a timely fashion. When the inspector was finally called, he ordered the contractor to re-do most of the work initially done due to the many issues with the quality of the work performed. One of the issues was the fact that the wiring and panel were not upgraded to 100 amp from the old and outdated 60 amp and I was not informed of this until the inspection took place. Only following a second and third visit by the contractor to correctly complete the job was the entire job approved by the inspector. This entire process took place over the period of February 2018 to the end of August 2018.

Called Davis Electrical for apt. attempted to install new hall lights....a enjoy working around the house ...but this was way beyond my knowledge of electrical trouble shooting ....Davis sent a service man out named FRANK WILSON is is VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT he not only solved the problem but took the time on how to trouble shoot ....He explained every move he made .Davis Electrical is lucky to have such a person as FRANK...
