My neighbor saw we were having our roof serviced, she inquired about John & he worked her in, the same day. Wonderful! Hard to find that level of dedication & service anywhere anymore. John has it!

Originally the roof inspection was scheduled for a couple of days after I first contacted HomeAdvisor online, (the scheduled ate was done online without speaking to Mr. Halliday). However, Mr. Halliday contacted me the same day I visited the HomeAdvisor website, and he arranged to inspect the roof 2 days earlier. He showed up on time, was very professional, showed me photos of the roof and repairs needed and clearly explained the materials to be used in making the repairs. He provided detailed options, a price quote and I hired him. The work was completed a day ahead of my original scheduled appointment date. Mr. Halliday provided photos of the completed job. He and his partner were professional, personable and delivered timely excellent service. I'm most grateful for the connection, and I plan on hiring him to do additional work on the exterior on my home. Additionally, as a resident of Baltimore City I have had difficulty hiring contractors willing to work in an urban setting or who offer to work in my neighborhood but only for inflated prices. Mr. Halliday did not hesitate to come to my home and provide an fair estimate and I would confidently recommend him to others.

I hired John to remove and replace both my roofing above the lower level of the house, and all the planking and rails from both levels of my roof deck. His team worked efficiently and finished the job on-budget and on-schedule, and I'm very happy with the results.

Was an investment property so I was mostly remote in my interactions. However John was extremely professional and reliable and went above and beyond to provide before and after pictures of the roof repair so that I had assurance the work was complete even though I could not climb the roof to view it.

John was very prompt and responsive, and gave honest recommendations on how to proceed. Would definitely recommend.

I doubt that I could have been more pleased with any other contractor. They prepared for the cleanup before they even started, the end result was that nothing was left behind, not even one nail, amazeing. Price was fair and I definitely got my money's worth. Great job guys!

You call John and he picks the phone up and listens to the problem . John does good work and his prices are good also . Give John a try he put new roofs on all 3 of my buildings .

The only issue was John said he d start on Friday but didn t show or call until I texted to check. He did then show up the next day and got the work done. Very friendly.
