Josh answered the voice mail I left promptly, arrived when he said he would, surveyed my roof, identified the problem on the spot. He gave me what I considered a competitive quote and I hired him on the spot. He got to work immediately and got the job done quick-time. Quality job. Can't ask for much more than that.ð

I first used Josh about 15 years ago to fix a leaky valley. He did such a great job that I used him several more times through the years on two different houses. I decided to re roof the house this month and had 4 people give estimates. Josh was not the most expensive or cheapest but I already knew what kind of work he does so I hired him. Very meticulous and detail oriented. Great jod ! Highly recommend.

They repaired a leak and replaced a few missing shingles. Plus a few other defects found while on the job. I would hire Josh again.

im in the process of selling my house. I noticed some water spots on the ceiling and contacted Josh McNutt for an estimate. I was expecting the worst and anticipating a high cost. He did a thorough inspection and indicated the skylights just needed sealing. Job was done quickly and at a fair price.

Josh showed up on time for my estimate. Then he showed up on time to do the work. He was up on my roof for about 5 hours fixing (hopefully) my leak. He was meticulous, even using a tongue depressor (that's what it looked like!) to apply caulk. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing.. He was a bit pricey but hope it was worth it. Waiting for next big rain to determine the final verdict.
