We hired Kenneth & Sons to refinish our 80+ year old hardwood floors. We chose this company for their knowledge, expertise, communication skills and best value that was reasonability priced.
We found them easy to work with. Kenneth was most professional and explained each step. This BEGAN BEFORE we the actual project started.
Despite having some obstacles with the original floor finish Kenneth didn't disappoint us. He worked magic and made our old floors look BRAND new once again. Our floors look absolutely AMAZING!
Kenneth SHOWS UP and takes PRIDE in his work.
We would hire him again in a heartbeat.
His price was not high nor was it cheap. His craftsmanship is amazing.

Truly can’t say enough good things about them. Professional, easy and fun to work with. Identified other parts of the house that needed care, then was incredibly helpful and gave great advice on everything. Built a whole support system to hold up my very old and heavy bathtub; and then left me with an absolutely beautiful new floor. They will not disappoint, 100% hire them :)

Kenneth and sons left shoe prints on our floor. These got stained in. They also stained floor that had been leaked on and had too much moisture, leaving a giant spot. They left our house unlocked 3/3 times we checked the doors. They are taking no accountability and refusing to refund the work that we will have to have redone. Absolutely cannot recommend for quality or integrity.

Dishonest individual, and he does not to do resurface a floor, very poor quality of job.

"Hey Arnold, its unfortunate you wrote this comment about us, we were not hired to resurface or refinish your flooring, but to only do a buff and coat. At the time before you signed the contract you were made aware that if the floor has any acrylic wax or floor polish such as rejuvenate, mop n glo etc, you will not be able to buff and coat and will need to do a wax removal first and you swore under the contract it had not been cleaned with any such products. Upon beginning the preparatory cleaning we discovered there indeed was acrylic wax present, after informing you, you did not want to pay for the wax removal but threaten us if we"

Mr Ames kept in contact and promptly answered any questions I had beforehand. He was able to get to my project ahead of schedule and finished in one day. But it ended up being a 12 hour day which was longer than I had anticipated.

Well versed and much experience. Was able to come same day for bid. New update The ordered flooring came in and just was installed. also had to do 2 bathroom floors. They worked very well with Freedom Plumbing. Since I am disabled, they were able to make special transitions between rooms. Very good workers and a pleasure to work with them.
