I bought a home and the realtor advised me that the central air would need to be completely replaced so I called Larry and he came out within minutes. He looked at it, was very honest and said only a few things needed to be replaced. He had all the items on him and replaced them on the spot! He really saved me a lot of money. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable!
