I hired this company before the Covid restrictions when Joseph was a startup and was so happy with the service. I wanted mowing/edge every other week for my small property. I was quoted an incredibly low price but increased it myself after the first service. I had Joseph and team plant new sod in 2023. It was a brutal summer and most of the grass did not make it, but that was a weather-related issue due to the hottest summer on record. I also requested weed control for the zero-scaping in the front yard, garden beds and lawn as needed and semiannual tree trimming. I was offered a price and accepted the service. Everything was great until 2024 and the biweekly calls to mow stopped (previously always consistent) after the first weeding spray occurred. I texted Joseph to see if they were still servicing my property and he said yes and made an appointment. A representative showed up for weed control in March, but the weeds got worse. When a different team member showed up to mow a month later (I had to contact them again), I was informed that the weed control was not properly applied, and they would correct. The weed treatment was basic Spectracite but was informed that is what was on hand at the time. The grass in the back was inspected and I was advised that most of the back lawn would not come back due to the exceptional heat from 2023 but some would still manage, I said I understood, but wanted weed control and mowing to continue as discussed with the owner and thanked them for the service. I thought it was a one off when I did not receive a call 2 weeks later. I texted the owner Joseph in April and May but was completely ghosted. I had done nothing but praise this company except for mentioning the weed problem to one representative. I looked online and this company is still providing services. Did you want a price increase? That never would have been an issue had you approached me. Did you quote a price and then change your mind without letting me know? Getting customer referrals and then burning one of your 1st clients is beyond disrespectful. So disappointed!

Aerating, tilling up dead areas, resodding large area, and topping with a good compost material. Fast and efficient!

They did some tree trimming at my house. They were on time, professional, and they got the job done in a couple of days and I was very pleased.
