Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired this company to mow my grass weekly. One of the brothers that own the business came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate that was cheaper than other places I called. We agreed to weekly cuts and I paid him to begin mowing. The first couple of weeks went as agreed, but then weekly turned into two weeks and then I began having to text the owner to get my yard mowed. Keep in mind they require your payment a month in advance. When I would text him he would come out the next day. This got old and the fact that I had to text him was irritating. He gave me excuses each time but eventually would mow. October came around and he mowed September 30th. My yard was mowed once in October and I haven't seen him since. I have canceled my mowing agreement with him. I paid my bill on time before it was due and he has not followed through with his end of the deal.
Good communication and good service. Only good experience with this company
The brothers are very polite and efficient. Great communication, and quality work.
I needed a one time mow and they accommodated quickly and at a solid price. They were prompt, super friendly, and did a fantastic job on my yard. If I need another mow in the future, I’ll be using them again.
Matt is very professional and the prices are lower compared with other estimates we got
Matt was quick to come out and give me an estimate for monthly yard mowing. He was cheaper than all the other businesses I called. He's professional and very nice too.
I hired them in January for weekly lawn mowing, weed control, palm berry cutting and trimming of the bushes. They started out very strong and were doing an excellent job. But within a month things had changed. By April, The lawn was getting mowed every 2+ weeks, I work from home so I was aware of when they came and what they did while here. I was seeing no change in the weeds, the palm berries were cut only once, when I had asked, and the bushes were trimmed once, despite being told 3 weeks ago that they would be back to trim them. I decided to cancel service because I was paying for services I was not receiving. I advised the company of my reasons for wanting to cancel service and was told they have 48 hours to address service requests. All of my requests were made at minimum 3 weeks ago. I was told the weeds get sprayed at the end of every month, but the fact that I had seen no change in the weeds and they didnt even come out at the end of March led me to question that. And then I was told that "the palm berries were higher than expected" and they planned on coming back that day with different equipment to cut them. That is when I knew I was getting excuses because I am less than 5 feet tall and I can reach the palm berries without assistance. I wish I could attach pictures here. They offered to come cut the palm berries and spray the weeds, and would that keep me as a customer? I said no, that doesnt resolve the lawn not getting mowed as agreed and they have told me in the past that they were going to do things that never got done, like trimming the bushes in March. His response was "No worries, a lot of people had a lot worse. Overall I think your property has fared well through the storm just takes a little bit of patience and time." Let me clearly state that NONE of my reasons to cancel service were regarding any damage from the storm. I cancelled because I was paying for services that were not being performed and I was actually quite offended at his insinuation that I have not been patient enough???
very professional
Excellent customer service and hard working crew!
These guys were great when we hired them in 2022 after our last company ghosted us. Like that previous company, these guys charge in advance for their services. We arent keen on paying in advance, but we need the maintenance service, and we thought the price was fair. They started out OK, showing up when they were supposed to and doing what we had agreed upon. They bill about 10 days prior to the next month, then on the 1st of the month send an overdue statement even though they havent done any work for that month yet. In December 2022 they hadnt shown up by the 30th but wed already paid for January. We texted on Dec. 30 and they showed up next day. We had to remind them they were supposed to be trimming hedges as part of the agreed-upon service. We then paid for February, then March, and on March 6 we texted to ask what was going on. The reply contained excuses for their no-shows and said we were on their schedule for that same day. By March 8 they still hadnt shown up, despite having received 3 months of pay since their last service. We texted to say we no longer need their services. We waited a couple weeks to see if theyd refund any month ($345 since they last showed up) but have not heard anything since March 6. So we had to start over again and can only hope we arent ghosted by a third lawn care provider. Unfortunately we cannot attach files here to show the ongoing communication. Were not sure if theyve overextended or if something more nefarious is going on, but we are not interested in excuses or being ripped off, especially as we near retirement in a climate of inflation, and we watch every penny. Our advice is to steer
Unfortunately with the newly added fence with an opening of 30", our machine would no longer fit in the backyard of this premises. This customer was notified and discussed as we would no longer be able to mow.
