We called Brooks because one of the toilets at our business stopped working. He was nearby and came to our business within 30 minutes, and fixed the issue right away. He was professional, tidy, and made little to no noise which we appreciated as there were clients receiving treatments at that time. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a great plumbing company then I urge you to give MRC PLUMBING a call. I had a hot water heater replaced and couldn t be happier with the job. I was contacted almost immediately after posting on the website (and this was on a Saturday) and by Monday everything was set to go. I couldn t of asked for a friendlier or more professional company to do the job. I believe his name is Brook (sorry I m terrible with names) was wonderful to work with. He was quick and very knowledgeable about his trade. I will not hesitate to use this company again. I got a good price and most importantly I believe Brook will stand behind his work. It was refreshing to work with someone who has pride in his work. Don t hesitate to call this company, you won t be disappointed.

He was very meticulous and thorough. His experience showed through his work. It also helped that his bid was very reasonable for the job. In addition, the products used in the job were of good quality, not the cheapest or fastest on the market -- for me, this speaks volume to his commitment to offering the best possible. For the same project, most (if not all) results should end up the same -- everything works properly; however, I know mine will last longer as I can see the quality of the product used and the way things were used. I was impressed as it was unexpected for me. He looks young, but don't let that fool you. He has a lot of experience and it shows through his work. We were VERY happy with the work done. Brooks replaced a lead service line from the street to my house. The job required excavating, sidewalk removal and replacement (done by a sub-contractor), and coordination with multiple inspectors from Lancaster City in addition to his plumbing work. He completed this in 1 day. Arrived at 0700 and was done by 1700. I hired MRC for 2 reasons: 1) 5 Star rating on Home Advisor. 2) He was $1,700 more cost effective than his competitors. The quality of his work was outstanding and "You get what you pay for" does not apply here. Solid work at a reasonable price. I will definitely use MRC in the future.

Brooks was the only one who called me immediately to replace my hot water tank and came to do the job within 2 hours which we were very grateful for the quick service. He was very professional, addressed all of our concerns and cleaned up afterwards. He also explained everything he was doing.
