I had Majestic come out to service my dishwasher, which was leaking water. The tech said he was going to seal something up and they charged me $70 for the work on top of the $100 diagnostic fee. The next time I ran it, it leaked immediately. Also, the tech didn't put the dishwasher back properly. It was completely unleveled and not even properly screwed in. When I called to discuss the matter, I couldn't get an actual person so I just left messages. No one ever returned my calls. Do not hire this company. They are very unprofessional and I'm pretty sure I got scammed.

I called Shawn to schedule a repair for my kitchenaid refrigerator, the water dispenser was not dispensing water, he was responsive and showed up when he said he would. Super professional and very fair price even though I think the refrigerator has a defect and still makes a noise when getting water, but Shawn was honest and did a good job on replacing valve, I will recommend him to anyone needing allliances repair.

Today I contacted Majestic Appliance Repair to repair my dryer. I spoke with Sean, and he dispatched a wonderful technician who was at my home within an hour! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, worked in a neat manner and was simply lovely. He fixed the issue in a speedy manner and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company! I know that I will turn to them for future appliance repairs!

Highly recommended. Shawn goes out of his way to help. He came to our home the day we called, even though it was after his work day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the proper part was ordered. Shawn came the day the part was received, again after normal hours. He followed up by phone the next day to ensure we were still good. We are!

Technician came out the same day during his busy schedule. Though his day was awfully busy, he kept his word showed up at 10pm. Everything currently working properly even offered a discount to seniors. Technician also called back the following day to check up on his customers

I called Majestic at 7a.m. spoke with the owner who didn't make unrealistic promises and offered a repair window of 2-6p.m. The technician arrived within the time window, was personable knowledgeable and completed the task explained the issues. I'm happy.

Hired Majestic to fix my Maytag oven which wouldn’t turn on. My appointment was made within 24 hours and was here on time as he said. Sean was very polite and respectful of my time and asked for the best time for him to come that would best suit me. When he arrived he got straight to work and was done within 30 minutes. Shawn arrived as expected and inspected my washing machine which was leaking. Unfortunately the part the needed replacing was no longer available so I need to get a new machine. Despite this Shawn tightened up some of the parts to improve the situation so the machine is usable until I can replace it. Shawn was very nice and I would hire him if I needed appliance repairs again.
