Called for A/C repair on a Friday and had a technician out to the house an 1 1/2 later. Friendly, knowledgeable and replaced the capacitor for a very reasonable price. He came through when all the other companies were booked through Monday. Thank you Jet!!

We showed up at our home in Incline Village late at night and discovered the heat did not work. The only heat we had on this frigid night was the gas fireplace that was no match for the cold. After a sleepless night shivering we reached out to Home Advisor. Within minutes we got a call from Jett at Manley. I was able to help troubleshoot the problem and Jett showed up shortly after that with the required part in hand. We found out we had yet another problem that he was also able to repair on the spot. Jett showed up quickly and solved the problem for a fair price considering all the work and especially the speedy response. IF you are not pleased with this level of service, you cannot be pleased. 5 STARS BABY!

10 minutes after I requested the quote on Homeadvisor, I received a call from Manley, at 6:30 in the morning! He let me know he could come by that afternoon, but he later gave me a call that morning to let me know he would be in the area within a half-hour. By 11 my furnace was working. While the repair was a minor one, I could not have expected a more prompt response. I will definitely contact Manley in the future when the need arises.

Response was timely both times, and each took the time to advise me on the safety issues with this old furnace. Will definitely hire them again when necessary.
