I contacted Mark for a roof install, but he thought we were scheduled to meet for just a repair. I apologized for the confusion, and explained I was looking for new roof install due to leak. He agreed to come up with an estimate and, since he was here, took the time to go up on the roof anyway for temporary fix for my leaky roof. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. New roof installed shortly after as scheduled. Install completed in a day with meticulous cleanup as well.

I hired Max Roofing to replace the roof on our house. They did a great job as far as I can tell. I appreciated the level of communication by Mark, e.g. keeping me updated around scheduling, permit being issued , etc. Beating my expectations with regards to cleaning up after the job (sweeping debris, picking up nails etc). I've had other contractors do siding work in the past and Max Roofing was way more thorough on the cleanup, which was a nice bonus Would definitely recommend Max Roofing!

Mark and his crew are amazing!. Within a week, we were given a quote, had all materials and a brand new roof. They were quick and efficient and made the process so easy!

I apologize, Mark! Long time coming, forgot to write a review for Max Roofing. Mark Doran had replaced the roof and removed skylights a while back on a rental home we own because of leaks. They were outstanding from start to finish. Mark and his crew were very professional, had competitive pricing, showed up on time, finished when promised, and did an awesome job cleaning up. Not a drop of rain to this date! I would have given more stars if I could. Going to hire him again to do our roof when finances allow.

Mark and his crew showed up first thing Monday morning and got right to work. Covering areas with tarps to protect and catch the shingles that would soon be coming down. They removed the old shingles down to the sheathing and inspected the condition of the sheathing before the work began. The whole process took one day and they cleaned up meticulously, making sure there were no random nails and shingles laying on the ground. Overall a very good experience at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Max Roofing for a total roof replacement.

The workmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The job involved roofing the house (both traditional shingling and flat roof) as well as a separate two car garage. All of this happened in one and a half days. The cleanup was impeccable. And last, but not least, the guarantee on the work was the best of any proposal I received.

Mark Doran is excellent to work with. Very responsive. Checked the roof and walked me through considerations of what should and could be done with the roof. I got the roof I wanted at a reasonable price done on time with little fuss. Cleanup was done well. The finished roof looks excellent. I would hire Max Roofing in a heartbeat again if I had to. In addition, I did reach out to other contractors. Some didn't bother to follow up. One large nationwide contractor with a fancy iPad presentation took hours of my time and then quoted me 3 times the price I actually paid. Save your time & $$ and call Mark.

Mark was great to work with on our roof replacement. He takes personal responsibility for every aspect of the job and sees to it that the work is done in an efficient and time effective way and meticulously executed. He was mindful that the property is cared for sensitively. Excellent in every way.

Max Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof for our condo building. They were able to install new roofs on both the main building and our detached garage within a single day, powering through unanticipated difficulties such as triple layered shingles on sections of the old roof and 30+ roof boards that needed replacing because they were in bad shape. They even made sure the property was fully cleared of debris and swept for nails before they left at the end of the day to ensure we could host a birthday party for our 1 year old the following day. Definitely would recommend Max Roofing to others. They take customer service and quality seriously.

Very patient with me. Answered all my questions. Told me everything. Price was unreal for the work. Completed a 1,100 sq foot ranch in 5 hours. Showed up early. Explained everything. I d suggest them to anyone and everyone. You d be silly to use anyone else.

Fantastic job by Mark@Max Roofing! 9 hours and my roof was 100% complete. I got 6 estimates and Mark s was by far the best and he uses the best material too. He is a joy to work with and has checked in to inquire how the roof is multiple times. After 2 very strong rain storms i m Writing this review. I m sad Max Roofing doesn t do other home improvements because I would hire them for more jobs. Mark Doran is a very reliable contractor, who did what he said he would do, and did especially well in tackling the mold problems in the attic of my house. Mark is very easy to deal with in person, and, therefore, I felt most comfortable communicating with him. He resolved all the problems I was concerned and reflected to him about my roof repair.
