Used for years. This year they no-showed and other competitors showed up asking for the work based on seeing the condition of my lawn. Grass was exceptionally out of control high. So we called and emailed. I was told that they had no crews in area. Emailed a deadline to them. They showed up in an hour. Made a deliberate mess of lawn. Grass blown into mulch-beds. Then at 9:25 pm I received an email saying they quit and that by giving him a deadline to complete the task of maintaining the lawn we were *threatening*. Very disappointed in them.

Doug and crew repaired 3 areas of my interlocking driveway. The areas had settled in over 10+ years and so the driveway was not level in all areas. While we'll see how things go as the years pass, certainly in the short term this was excellent work and I would recommend this company. Further, there was a misunderstanding about one part of the driveway which I thought was included, but they thought was not. They graciously came back the very next day and did the work even though it was beyond what they thought was scoped. This was excellent customer service. They had a crew of about 4-5 out here for 2.5 days to do the repair. If I had one issue it was some of the stone fill they used was dumped in the woods behind my house. I dump some things back there myself (leaves, grass clipping) so it wasn't a huge deal, but I was surprised they did that. In summary, I recommend this company for this type of work.

They are very easy to work with; they gave an estimate, I agreed with their proposal,and they began work--no phone tag or hassles. The men do fast work with high quality results.

Very fast service and great price

They took the initiative to come out and look at the property and provide a quote without having to play phone tag or schedule an appointment and they did a very thorough job! We will be talking with them about planting trees, mulching and weeding next. Very happy with the results!

Dwayne was very nice and communicative with me. However, he had trouble communicating with his Hispanic workers. It seemed like he felt if he spoke louder, they would understand. The weeding was not complete. The workers did not always understand what they were tasked to accomplish and I had to explain and direct their work. Once they knew what was needed, the work was done well.

Very responsive on short notice and did an excellent job.

best value for the money after comparing 5-6 different offers. Quality of the work and timeliness were first class. Negotiated 3-year warranty on a paved drivrway. Will definitely recommend.

The work was excellent especially the hand weeding of the garden. Price wasn't the cheapest but they know what they are doing. Looking forward to see how they go with the ongoing maintenance

Although the work has not started yet , the customer service and the pricing of this project was the best I have gotten.

The owner was professional and curteous. I was extremely pleased with the final product which included both new beds and stone work. He went out of his way to get my opinion prior to completing any work, which made me feel that I was in total control of the project. Pricing was on-point...no add-ons or additional charges. I even asked him to revise his estimate and he turned that around in less than 24 hours.

Very effcient, polite andprompt.

They called me back right away and the woman on the phone was very friendly. She said they would come out on a Friday to give me an estimate and they came on Thursday. They said they would cut the lawn on Friday or Saturday and they did it on Thursday. You can't ask for better service than that.
