The raccoon trapping agreement was for 2 weeks, which we assumed would be 14 days. Sorry that we did not keep exact track of how many days they actually came. Several times the trap did not release; we asked them to replace the trap. I don't think they did. There are definitely additional raccoons. They trapped six in less than 14 days; we felt that was not acceptable. We liked Mark and his helpers. Maybe they just don't have enough workers. Robert F. in Chesterton, IN

Mark and his team were very professional and very polite.

I hired this company to trap groundhogs on my property. I was told at hire that they would set traps for 2 weeks for $400.00, which had to be paid upfront. If an animal was trapped, I was to call them immediately, and they would be out within a couple of hours to remove it. At the end of the 2 weeks, they would close up the hole. They caught the first one with no problems. However, the second one caught was a baby. I called and called and called again, and left messages each time over a period of several hours. It was a 90-degree day, and the baby was in the trap with no food or water. I finally got in touch with someone, and they said that they would be unable to get to it that day. They assured me that they would be out first thing in the morning. I was not happy with this, but I had no alternative. The next morning, I am waiting, and no one is showing up. I called at 11:00 and got no answer, so I left a message. Still, no one comes. By this time, the mother is in the trap and is trying to get the baby out. So, I will have to watch this all day. Finally, at 5:00, they showed up. I go out and ask what happened to me first thing in the morning. I was told that, legally, they had 72 hours in which to remove the animal. That is not what they told me when I hired them. I got a call about an hour later saying that they were going to give me an extra week because of the inconvenience. I did not want an extra week. By this time, I was pretty much fed up with them. I could go on and on about all of the problems with this company. The final problem was that when he came to get the trap at the end of the contract, he did not close the hole up. I flagged him down in the driveway and asked why he did not close the hole. He said that he did not have the equipment with him and that someone would be back to do it. He said that, in the meantime, he put my landscaping blocks in the hole that was on my landscaping wall. I told him that was not good enough. My blocks needed to go back on the wall. I waited a week, and no one came. So, I called them again and was told that the way that he had described the process to me was not free and that they could send someone out to estimate the cost. I told them that I was told that it would be included in the initial price. She said that they could fill the hole with concrete for free. I said that would be fine and we set an appointment for the following Thursday. No one showed up. I called on Friday and left a message, but no one ever returned my call. What good does it do to pay $400.00 to catch them if the hole is not closed? Another one will just move in. So, I ended up having to pay someone else to fill the hole with concrete. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Mark came to my house and inspected. He gave me an estimate to trap the raccoons, seal where the raccoons were getting into my house, repair the damage and clean the attic where they had been living. I had trapped the raccoons myself and repaired some of the damage before I received the estimate. The cost of hiring Michigan Wildlife Trapping, LLC was more than I could afford so, I am doing the work myself. They were friendly and helpful. They responded to my panicked call for help. Not immediate but, within a couple of days. Between trapping, moth balls and peppermint oil, the raccoons no longer live in my house. If you have a raccoon problem, try aroma therapy to convince them to move some place else. Since the raccoon's sense of smell is so much more sensitive than ours, they dislike the strong odors like mothballs or peppermint oil solution. I have heard that fox urine works also. Fox urine can be found at stores that sell hunting equipment. Or Google it. Also Decon works.

Prompt, efficient and explains the process with alternative solutions. Still have one more treatment and am confident the results will be as expected.

A bit pricier than I was hoping, but the moles were completely eradicated so I can't complain!

I made the initial call to "inquire" about their services. Got an immediate callback and an appointment was set for an estimate. The time for the appointment came and their technician was on time and ready to begin work if we liked the quote. He surveyed our situation, gave me a quote which I accepted and he started work immediately. Two hours later the first of the critters was caught and removed. The second left on day 2. Good communications, on time, good price...not much more you can expect.

Responded almost immediately. They came out the next day to check out my problem then emailed me a FREE estimate. One of the competitors called me & I couldn't take the call but called them back about 45 minutes later. They didn't return my call. the other finally called after 4 days. he was condescending & cocky. He badmouthed these folks & totally turned me off. Googled them & his reviews sucked at 2.9 while these folks were 4.8. DONE! Hired them & their customer service was top notch with excellent communication. They came out & sealed up my house & set a bunch of traps. they returned numerous times until we got to the point where the baits were in tact & the problem was gone.
