We had a leak Ii. The wall between the laundry room and garage. Called Miller & Sons and within an hour Jeremy showed up to the rescue! Professional, helpful Jeremy! Chad was our plumber. He was competent, well-mannered, and he was careful to clean up after the job. I highly recommend Miller & Sons Plumbing and Chad.

Chad was plumber who did the work, he was professional, prompt and did good work quickly and efficiently. In addition to the primary reason for the call, an emergency repair of a leaking supply line inside a wall, he corrected another plumber's sub par earlier repair of a faucet.

I hired them to install the sink and garbage disposal reroute the plumbing for a single large sink from a double sink. The sink was caulked with white on my brown countertop instead of clear. Clashing colors. They were punctual but never wore a mask. Anytime they came out and I told them I have leukemia. The June sink plumbing and garbage disposal turned into him not putting the garbage disposal on properly it was crooked. So at least he came out the next day for that. Four months later Friday the hose connector from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher hose needed to be replaced as it looked like the old 15 year part not replaced. I have photos to back this up on the job.

Wonderful company and they do a lot with the community because they care. I'm happy to use their services. They show up on time.

Their trucks caught my eye in Gainesville area and having had 2 plumbers fail to (even) callback after trying to arrange misc. plumbing projects I contacted Miller and Sons. Miss Ashley squared me away and had Lon Fisk and his assistant on the job as promised. They were VERY reasonable on the cost and honest craftsmen. Lon is truly a *man on a mission* in that he gets in and gets the job done without a lot of fanfare. They are on my *Favorite* list for anything to do with plumbing.

I called them at noon and they came out the next day by 10. They text me with the name and picture of the service man. I did my research, they were professional and reasonably priced.

Great customer service! Called on a Sunday no extra charge. Employee they sent out got the job done and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Miller & Son's late in the day and CJ, the owner, answered the phone. I explained the situation and he arrived the following morning with a helper. They assessed the problem, determined a solution and resolved the issue. On-the-spot! They were at my house the entire day. If you want better service than that...keep looking. I have used them before and I would use them again. Fair pricing. Good work. Done right.

They stand behind there work.

New toilet installation on rusted out cast iron waste pipe. The plumber was unable to cut off the cast iron pipe and installed the toilet on spacers about 1" above the floor. The new ring was not installed with tapcon screws into the concrete, but with plastic screw anchors into the concrete. When having the bathroom updated, the contractor found the screws and anchors had pulled out, leaving gravity to hold the toilet in place. The contractor sawed off the iron pipe and reinstalled the new ring with tapcon screws and the toilet now sits on the floor.

Very professional and polite technicians. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again if needed.
