Our AC went out around midnight so I contacted some 24 hour emergency companies to come out to fix it. I could not get any of them to respond. I was contacted by Moises from Certified Quality Air Conditioning before 5 a.m. and he told me he would be at my house by 8:30 a.m. He texted when he was on his way and again when he got here. He was right on time and had my AC running within 10 minutes. He charged a fair price and did not try to take advantage of my desperate situation. He was polite, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and his good communication was very refreshing. I am extremely happy with his service and I will be using his company for all my AC needs from now on. If you are tired of bad customer service and high prices from the larger AC companies, I highly recommend Certified Quality Air Conditioning. They are awesome!
