What a horrible experience. I called because my 2 year old Samsung dryer stopped turning. The motor was fine, it was supposedly a heat sensor. I paid them to replace with a new board. When tech replaced it and turned the unit on, it came on for a moment and then the main control board fried (even in the tech's notes proves these timelines) so then I needed a new control board. I already paid $350 to them for the work they already did (which did NOT fix the dryer) and now they wanted another $650+ for the main control board. I absolutely REFUSED and a little while later they texted me that THEY MADE A MISTAKE in the pricing. They said it was only another $250 or so, so I canceled the new dryer I just purchased to replace this one, and said OK to them to order the board. Well today I get a text that the board is on Back-Order and they won't have a more accurate date until at least January 12th ..... NOT COOL. I'm right now requesting all my payments back, and I will NEVER deal with this company again.

Mo came on time, diagnosed the issue within mintues, gave me specific instructions for what to do while a part was ordered, came back today just as promptly, repaired the fridge in good time, and was professional at all times. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
