I was selling my home and needed to make some last-minute repairs for the buyers' mortgage to be approved. Diane from Mr. Handyman went out of her way to find me a technician who could come by right away. Bob was outstanding--he did amazing work and came up with a cost-effective solution to meeting the appraiser's repair requests. I'd hire Mr. Handyman again in a heartbeat!

Did an excellent job correcting a number of problems with my gutters. They took the time to analyze the problem and explained everything in great detail so that there were no surprises.

Didn't bother to read my request, I was not home at the time and asked to have three doors replaced ....I was left a voice message when the handyman finished saying he had "repaired" the bathroom door and suggested I replace the bedroom door!! I wanted all three doors replaced! The handyman put some wood putty in the screw holes of the bathroom door....I could have done that! Absolutely not what I wanted. Then the woman in charge of billing tells me it was never made clear that I wanted the doors replaced....are you kidding me! The first line of my request specifically says, I need three doors REPLACED.

Came to my home and did all the work to the outside of home as quoted. Price was excellent and work superb. I didn't have to be home and it was all completed when I got home.

They were fantastic. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. The technician showed up on time and was very polite and courteous. He explained all my options to me and did the job very efficiently. They even called after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. I thought this type of professionalism was gone. They are not the least expensive but they are a good example of "you get what you pay for". Timely, professional appearance and bearing, high quality work. I'm going have them do more projects - which is perhaps the best measure of customer satisfaction. A+
