Job was done efficiently and correctly. I enjoyed the plumber very much as he explained everything, was very conscientious and thorough. The water heater suddenly went out after 20 years (not bad). He was able to replace it on a Sunday afternoon and arrived in 35 minutes after my first contact with him.

Yes they did a great job, was really quick to get the job done that other plumbers I hired couldn't. And it only took them 15 minutes to get the job done. I needed a new hot water heater and decided to switch to tankless. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no issues with my service and my new water heater works perfectly. ?

The pipe is replaced. They had to remove two bushes to get to it. I had excavated it and found the hole in the old galvanized pipe. The problem is that they charged me an extravagant amount for a three hour job. I was desperate for water and should have taken more bids and called a friend or two. I will not call them again.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a leak in my backyard and after calling many companies and being told the leak was too small for their equipment, or a plumbing company who told me I had to have a “leak detection company.” This may have absolutely been the case, but I was not sure who to contact from there. New Flow came out, and with their expertise found my leak quickly. They were efficient and capable. Will be using them in the future!
