Alex was very nice and professional at first. But it was clear after he installed the front sod that it was no good. I had him install that sod the first week of April of 2019. And we watered as he recommended. If you will recall there was also a good amount of rain, so lack of water was not an issue in it not growing. He said he would come out a month after install and even when we called him before that, he did not come out until many months later - well into the summer. He replaced what he had laid down (remnants from another job). The grass was very obviously dyed green and looked terrible and turned yellow within a day and a half. I know his sod was bad because we went to Lowes shortly after he installed the front lawn and got some sod from them to put in another area of the lawn and it has done very well. And our neighbors bought sod on the internet and put it right next to the grass Alex laid down the second time and it was good quality and still looks good even though they laid it in late summer. Our front lawn STILL looks crummy. I emailed Alex and told him I would give him 2 weeks to remedy the situation by giving us a refund. We still haven't heard from him! My next step is the BBB and then, I suppose, small claims court. In sum, Alex does not deliver after he first comes out. There is no good faith follow through.

Missed few things on the grout.900.00 dollars later,should be taken care of. Consistency. Will talk to them later

They showed up late on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, and rushed through everything. They knocked over lawn decorations and items on our back patio with their blowers. They even broke off a fence post cover and bent a cast iron plant hook somehow and did not tell us. I have asked them not to come back after that.

Sod installation,sprinkler system was repaired, stone pavers and rock walkway was installed, and disposal of construction material managed neatly. Project exceeded my expectations. Well managed and efficient crew. Highly recommend New Image Lawn and Landscape for your home projects. Alex has great ideas !

This is the company ALL contractors should strive to be like! On time and completed clean out of old bed in front of house, new sod, new mulch, new shrubs and plants..a visionary with the new landscape design. Did it all in 5 and a half hours. Complete cleanup. Fair, reasonable price.

I was extremely impressed with this company! Alex was very professional, prompt & reasonably priced. I had a tight deadline for him to meet after several other landscapers never showed up for bids or were too busy. After coming out the same day I called him to give me an estimate, I agreed to the price. Alex & his crew showed up the very next morning at the time he said he would be there, along with the exact product & materials I had requested. I'm a very picky person & his work was impeccable...he & his crew treated my yard as if it were their own; his clean-up afterwards & attention to details were very much appreciated! I was pleased to see that he not only oversaw the work his crew was doing, but he was working right alongside them as well. Speaks perfect English & he understood every request I asked. Had a brick mailbox that was cut in 2 by an auto. They came and repaired it. You can't even tell it was ever damaged. This thing weighed almost 600 pounds. They got it fixed in no time. Excellent crew and teamwork.

Very competent and reliable. Listened to and qualified my needs about current lawn and made recommendations to satisfy those needs. Provided a detailed estimate and work plan. Alex supervised the removal of old lawn, soil preparation, and new lawn installation. In addition to this project, we gave Alex 100% responsibility for the new lawn for a minimum of one year (growing it, chemical treatments, mowing, the whole enchilada). Alex and his team where on time and performed professionally in every aspect of the initial project. We are anxious to see what the new lawn will look like in one year.

I hired this company to maintain my lawn. Alex seemed very professional on the phone when scheduling the estimate. He was over two hours late for the estimate. I overlooked it and hired him anyway. He gave me his business card and I noticed New Image did sod work. After they mowed a couple of times, I inquired about getting my backyard sodded. Alex was supposed to show on a Saturday at noon to measure the yard and discuss. At 11:30, I texted to ask if he were coming. He said it would be 1pm because he was behind on a project. At 5pm I told him not to worry about coming to measure and not to worry about mowing anymore. I waited all day and did not get a call or a message to reschedule or to say he was going to be late. Being late with no follow up seems to be the norm with New Image. I may just be one customer with small projects and my money may not be important to New Image, but a review goes a long way. Look elsewhere before you hire this company.

Thr guys were very polite and professional. They were fast and cleaned up the yard better than when they arrived. They even gave me some wood for the fireplace and stacked it around in the backyard...all while in the rain. I will call them back for future needs and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your "service with a smile," yours and mine.

Alex and his crew were fantastic!! My landscaping needed a facelift and they did an excellent job. Removing old shrubs and Asian jasmine, rebuilding flower beds and planting new shrubs. His recommendation for a large landscape rock was right on point. Definitely will hire them again for additional work. Thank you again Alex and crew!!!

Storm blew huge limb down and split tree. Was blocking my front entrance to my home. requested quote for emergency service on Home Advisor and Alex called within 5 minutes. Came to my home 10 minutes later and gave me a quote for complete removal. I accepted his quote and his crew was on scene within the hour and had completely removed the tree and cleaned up in less than 2 hrs from the first contact with Alex. All this happened after 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Stump removal was part of quote, to be completed later. Very impressed with Alex and his whole crew, will definitely use them for the other services they offer as needed.
