o start with, New Dawn Construction was referred to me by another company who said they were the best, which tells you something about their reputation in the industry. From my first contact with them to the completion of the work the project manager, Ken Jakov, has been first rate -- answering questions quickly, being clear about what will happen and when, what various things I wanted would cost, etc. All of the subcontractors were also the best I've ever worked with - they were kind, courteous, and helpful beyond the scope of the contracted work. Each also left my home spotless as they finished their part of the work. As for the project itself, I am very pleased with the result. They did a beautiful job in both my kitchen and guest bathroom. It looks even better than I expected.

I met Sage after we looked online for a contractor to handle some issues we had with the bathroom on our property. Looking for the right person wasn't easy . When Sage came to our house, he was super professional and flexible, we talked about few options and the relevant costs He was very honest and straightforward. New Dawn Construction came to give me an estimate for my master bathroom remodel about a month ago. Sage gave a thorough presentation he was very Honest respectful and straightforward. Showed us credentials of his company and even let us speak with some customers. From there they all said such good things about him it was a no-brainer. We started the project and he immediately found out we had slab leak, leaks from the Apartments above and mold. He handled some of it And help me with the insurance and the HOA. Thanks to him they have decided to cover the mold cost as well as the slab leak damage. Once those things were fixed they continued the work. Emilioâ s crew was wonderful. So respectful and professional and most of all clean as can be during construction. Sage was there Almost every day. He was available on the phone throughout the whole time. Rest of the crew, electricians plumbers etc. were great as well I highly recommend new Dawn construction!!! I have already referred them to friends and family that have had not so good experiences with their contractors.
