Luke Gray, owner of North Florida Chimney Sweeps did an excellent job of cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and chimney. We have recently moved from Tennessee where we annually had our fireplace and chimney cleaned each year and are very much aware of the need for such service. Luke arrived promptly and completed the task in a timely manner. He provided us with a detail report and documented several areas that need attention in our chimney. We had requested someone to take a look at our chimney to make sure it was clean & to reattach our chimney cover since it was pulled loose and blown over due to a heavy storm. We also requested to have the debris cleaned off our roof of our home and deck. Luke was the young man that came out and he was very polite and provided very helpful. When we bought our home, we were never able to use our fireplace due to allergies to the results of burning wood, paper, etc. Luke to a look at our chimney and informed us the flume was rusted closed and to never use our chimney. He was so very kind by put the chimney cover back on for us at no cost. He provided a very reasonable price to clean off our roof both the house and our deck. So, the fireplace issue is a later project for us to deal with. We highly recommend Luke! Thanks Luke! :-)

Luke Gray of NFC works in a professional and caring way. He thoroughly inspected and has cleaned our masonry fireplace for a number of years now but neglected to have him come out the year before last and then last year we had a chimney fire and he closely examined our fireplace, took pictures and wrote a report for us to give to our Insurance Co. Later on, when further information was requested he was able through his knowledge and research to explain clearly what the problems were in the chimney. Thanks to Luke we now believe that we will be able to get the correct repairs for our fireplace. We appreciate his patience and perseverance. Thanks luke!
