Mike Norwood is extremely knowledgable. He helped us with our roof and was by far the most thorough and trustworthy Roofing Professional I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Mike not only walked my roof to see what the issues were, he took pictures, he took his time, he made sure that he saw and got everything he came out there for. Then he came down, went over all the pictures, what the problems were and WHY. Then he made sure that I was informed of everything along the way and that we were on the same page. Having Norwood Roofing Systems do work on your house is like coming up for a breath of fresh air when you're drowning. They are pros. I know that Norwood is at my house I am in good hands. Thanks to you Mike and your whole team. You guys are the best in the business!

Working with Norwood Roofing was so easy and painless. This was our first Home Owner's claim and to say we were clueless is an understatement. I had an offer on my house and I need the roof repaired fast and by someone I can trust. I called Mike Norwood and spoke to him for some time regarding the roof and what had to be done. He was such a pleasure to talk to. I ended up choosing Mike because he knew a lot about roofing as well as being an adjuster for an insurance company in his past. He was able to get the roof finished on time for the house close making his deadline as well as mine. He kept me posted throughout the process (since I live out of state) by phone and email. In the end, he emailed me pictures of the final project. The roof looked beautiful. Even though I don't own the house anymore, I will sure drive by to see his work. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him over and over again. Thanks Mike and your team!

I did my homework and got several estimates to replace my roof. I finally decided to go with Norwood Roofing Systems. And I am very happy that I did. Mike Norwood was the salesperson who came to the house and explained thoroughly the process. He is very experience and patient which made me at ease to ask dummy questions. Mike and his teams are very professional and did amazing work. I got my new beautiful charcoal roof which I requested the color. I got a bad leak which damaged badly a rafter of my roof, Mike and his teams took care of it graciously. My gutters are all replaced and the work was nicely done with extra things with I did not even thought about. Little things like diverts make very much sense. I also got several of my screens replaced. It was quick and fast. The whole process was very smooth and done on time. We had rain on the day of install but the teams waited the next two days until the rain was stopped to start the work. I did not lose my spot on the working list. They cleaned up everything once done. The best part is Mike helped me to go through the insurance process. His company prepared all the necessary professional paperwork for me to get my depreciation claim back. In all I am very satisfy with the work done. They are on my good list for future work.

Mike Norwood is a great businessman and Sal and Jose are great installers. My new gutters are beautiful and I'm ready for any kind of rain now. Can't recommend these guys enough because they deserve it.

I was disappointed with the fact that the owner (sales person) didn't give me an option on the type of shingles that were used, simply the color. He didn't bother to tell me that the shingles that were used on my roof were the old style, not the wood shake style that ALL OTHER new roofs are getting. So now I have a new roof that looks like an old roof.

Reasons why: - Sharing the knowledge: Mike was able to educate me (in layman's terms) on why my roof and attic required repair and preventive updates - just from a homeowner's perspective. Even keeping out the critters! - Quality customer service: Coming from the customer field myslef, it's quite difficult to find someone who provides quality customer service, especially from an owner. Mike was always courteous, punctual, and approachable. - Professional work: The repair was done in less time than I imagined. When I checked on the results, the area was clean and my leak was repaired. I inspected it further and realized the quality of the work. I work in a quality assurance capacity and their work absolutely surpassed my expectations. Furthermore, when Mike came to collect the payment, he went to check it for himself. Bottom line: Mike and Norwood Roofing Systems EXCEEDED my expectations. I'll definitely use them again. I don't often give companies 5-star reviews or perfect ratings, but Mike and team absolutely deserve it.

Mike was very professional and his men did a great job. I love the honesty that they display. Mike told me there was no need for a new roof, a simple fix was all that I needed. He could have very easily told me that I should contact my insurance and file a claim. Norwood is the only roofing company I will ever use going forward.
