First class experience.One of a kind Restoration was responsive, professional, got right to work, had all the right equipment and knew their business. Danny and Jesus represented the company well hard workers, very professional, efficient.... the company is lucky to have them. They showed on time and didn t leave until the job was done. We had water infiltration from the melting of ice in the attic. Parts of the ceiling and wall were damaged. One of a kind Restoration removed the wet areas, plaster, insulation, and installed dehumidifiers to dry out the damaged areas. Later the damaged areas were repaired and re-painted. The job was done perfectly.

Erwin did a GREAT job removing mold in our attic. He is very knowledgeable, follows up with every question, worked great with coordinating with other trades, and delivered everything he promised. We are extremely satisfied!!

One of a kind Restoration was extremely thorough. I had smoke and soot fire damage in my bedroom. They cleaned EVERYTHING. Other than the damage to the marble and caulking around the ceiling that the fire did, there is no evidence of smoke or soot damage at all. The restoration staff was quiet. My friend referred me to them for a quote because they don t charge more than the carrier will pay. I highly recommend them.

I was dealing mainly with Jesus, he came the next day to give a quote, I needed it to fix the issue and he made a huge effort by rearranging his schedule and making sure I am satisfied with the timing. Our water heater thermal expansion tank busted and flooded the garage and also damaged our garage wall. I called One of a kind Restoration over the weekend. Omri and his team quickly respond to my call and handled the complete process very professionally. It was easy to work with Omri and the team.

Very impressed with Dannys response. Helpful and friendly service, very quick responses, and the team were on site within days. The restoration team (Danny and Jose) did an incredible job of cleaning up after a serious fire, and in less than two days got the room to a state where we can redecorate. Hopefully, we wont need to use you again but I know who I m calling if we ever experience another emergency, I didn t realize this level of clean up after such extensive fire damage as possible! Heavy rain damaged our roof, our living room ceiling (from water damage) and our spare bedroom. One of a kind Restoration came in and helped us fix the roof, the attic (insulation damage), the spare bedroom ceiling, and the living room ceiling. They were professional, clean, organized and helpful. They made it look easy!

Our house suffered a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom's hot water shut-off valve almost 2 months ago. Called them in the morning and a crew came out that afternoon and started out the drying process. The project manager, Omri and his crew, especially Erwin, made this ordeal much more bearable.
