Operation Home Services is a veteran owned family run company. My son Jake is 51% owner and a structural engineer. I am 49% owner and a Master Electrician with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling construction and remodeling. We pride ourselves on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work at an affordable price. We are experts in Water and Sewage cleanup, Home Improvements, Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling . We will arrive at your home in a timely manner, discuss your project with you, quickly and professionally diagnose your needs, generate a complete proposal so you know the cost before the work begins. Absolutely worse customer service completely disrespectful and rude we gave them a time to come in our house and instead of coming at that time they came almost 2hr early while we where at work and came into our house while we was not there and moved all of me and my wifeâ s personal things like clothes furniture pretty much everything. Then they proceeded to say they can do whatever they want and can come in my house whenever they want. They wonâ t even tell us when they are coming either. they are complete scammers DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!!. They came one day for few days job and in a matter of a day with no warning or talking to us about it at all. it literally turned into a six week job for no reason again for your own sake run the other way!!!!

Being a new home owner I was worried about making sure I got the job done correctly. The 2 guys that were sent to my house to repair the damage left by IRENE, were excellent. They made me feel comfortable by walking me through the entire process. I would hire them again for an job that comes up.
