They did a great job very friendly and they Came on time and honestly price was very good ! They explained the whole process and answered every question I had they didn?t bait and switch like companies I?ve hired in the past . Quality communication and professionalism is unmatched love how they are family owned as well. I had the pleasure of having Jennifer and Brian as my techs ?

They did a pick up and delivery for 3 of my Persian rugs, they were very professional and updated me through out the whole process they told me it would take 2 weeks max to return my rugs, but they got them done in 1 week. The rugs came wrapped up nice and looked brand new when I opened them! They smelled great and removed all the pet stains the rugs had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brian came and cleaned my white restoration hardware sofa that I had spilled red wine on, he got the stain completely out. I thought my sofa was ruined, thank you so much!!

After searching many different companies I came across alpha home services and let me tell you they went above and beyond my expectations, called because I was dog sitting for a friend and I tried to clean the stain and mask the odor with my trusty bissel but unfortunately made it worse but Brian came on time and made it smell and look brand new ?
