Owen and his crew were fantastic! He was very responsive and professional and could schedule work within a few days of our contact. The team arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and performed all requested tasks within two hours - and even did an extra quick task within those two hours. This work was for my aunt who lives in a retirement facility in Athens. I live in Atlanta and was trying to help her, as she had quotes from two companies in Athens for $1100 and $1600 for the same work... Owen's invoice was under $500. Beware of what professionals you use in Athens!! Some are clearly taking advantage of senior citizens. I would give Owen 6 stars if I could :)

I had a simple problem. They were professional and prompt.

Owen came out quickly and gave us a bid. He listened to the problem we faced and provided a knowledgeable recommendation with a reasonable price. We were easily able to schedule the work via email. His crew came out fully prepared to do the work and were personable, polite and efficient. Owen himself was available on site or via text during the work. The crew got the work done, communicated well and answered the many questions I had. I would totally recommend Owen and his team. I like the solution they came up with and the way they executed the work.

The guys that came to the house were of the utmost professionals. They explained everything they were going to do and was flexible when I asked them to change their plan. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Owen came out the next day for an electrical outlet fire in our bedroom. The estimate was free and all estimates were given upfront. He checked other outlets and light switches around our home to find the source and didn't do patch work. our outlet was fixed within a couple of hours. He was courteous, did not mind getting additional supplies from the local store to get the job done. I was VERY pleased with his work and plan to use him for additional work in the future. He shared a lot of helpful information and made a bad experience much better.
