Pat got in touch with me, not long after I left him a message, in regards to fixing my refrigerator. He came about 2 hours later. Great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgable. He was in and out within a half hour. His rate I felt was very reasonable. I would reccommend him to everyone.

Pat was professional right from the start. He kept our scheduled appointment, accessed the problem with my washing machine, ordered the part and repaired the machine within the time frame he gave me. I felt that he charged fairly and I would definitely call him for any other appliance repair.

Pat is professional, friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the issue as it related to the clothes dryer. When asking about life of a dryer, he responded but also asked if the dryer had ever had maintenance service. Although, Pat stated it would be beneficial to prolong the life of the dryer, he did not push the service but instead provided facts. Pat was contacted for a dryer issue only but when I asked him about the agitation of the washer, he was willing to take the time to evaluate whether it was working properly. I would recommend Pat.

Pat's service was A-1 I would definitely refer to anyone who needs appliance repair. I also ask Pat about another appliance problem I was having he did not have to go back to his office to give me an estimate on parts technolgy was accessible onsite I got diagnosis and estimate onsite, that's great service. Outstanding!
