"Unfortunately this review was written before the job was completed so naturally not all the work had been completed. Since then all the work stated on the contract was indeed completed and to the customer's satisfaction. After all, we do not expect our customers to to fulfill their contractual responsibilities until they are completely satisfied. And their contract is complete. As for the owner going hunting rather that supervising, well, we don't judge our owner, that's why he's the boss."
