They were hired as a contractor to repair/replace my ceiling fan by a home warranty company. Did not show up to the first scheduled appointment which I was never even notified of. They then show up as week later at a date and time unilaterally set by them. They lied and said they had previously tried to come and repair my fan (they had not I was home the entire day they claimed they tried). They walk in look at ceiling fan for 3 seconds and in broken English indicated that my home warranty insurance will only "cover 70 dollars of this". I said ok he walks out to get "authorization from the company" demands payment and leaves. Calls 30 minutes later to indicate that the claim was cancelled and that he would not be coming back. Very disappointed in this company and it's owners Mr. Pedro Garcia & Mr. Sidney Morales.
