In April 2026, our broken cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, but we didn’t know how extensive the repair would be. From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. We agreed on the approach and set a date for the following week. Nick and his co-worker were friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and hard-working. They communicated well, taking photos for us throughout the process. They cleaned up everywhere, completed the job in one day, and they kept to their price. Everything worked well from the single visit.

These guys are a horrible private equity roll up... go by 3 different names to disperse the terrible customer reviews. They promised to be out first thing in the morning after we had a full day without heat (and three small children in the home). One hour into the eta window I got calls from two different dispatchers who clearly are not in a centralized location, telling me the roads are not clear. The roads are clear. These guys suck. Do not engage with them.

Clark at Full Swing Plumbing is absolutely amazing!! He came right out when I lost heat and fixed everything right away and was extremely kind I honestly cannot say enough about his service I would recommend this company to anyone they are terrific!!

Pilgrim was great ! My wife spoke with Kenzie in the phone. She was very helpful. We have a very large, protective rescue dog who needs to be secured when anyone comes to work on our house. She called when the technician was on his way. Her communication was great. The technician, Freddy, was very professional and personable. He explained everthing he was doing and also had good communication skills. Freddy was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend Pilgrim AC & heating service. Thank you for a job well done by everyone. We had our annual central AC system maintenance done.

Brian and his team arrived on time for the appointment. They were thorough and professional. Every time they entered the house they wore their booties over their work shoes. Prior to the appointment I was alerted by text the name of the person with their picture. I would definitely recommend Pilgrim Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
