Brian, the service tech. was prompt and knew his skills. He repaired my water heater in adequate time and was both kind and understand to the situation. The back office customer service ladies were WONDERFUL...ALL were friendly, welcoming, and managed to offer a service time that was the best for both parties.

Wilfredo did an excellent job! Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. Fantastic diagnostics! Really impressed and likely saved us many future problems. Very pleased with service!

?? Buyer Beware ? Bait-and-Switch Pricing & Post-Payment Pressure
Prepare for a nightmare experience.
PipeWorks Services, Inc. quoted me one price to fully resolve a main sewer line issue and explicitly guaranteed that no additional money would be required. Once the job was underway, that guarantee disappeared.
Midway through the work, they attempted to extract additional payment, contradicting their original written and verbal assurances. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch.
Everyone was friendly, responsive, and ?ready to help? until the deal was closed. The moment payment was expected?communication deteriorated. When I pushed back and insisted they honor the original scope and guarantee, I was met with pressure instead of solutions.
Because they failed to complete the job as promised, I canceled a $16,000 payment until the problem is properly fixed?exactly as agreed.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Pipe Works. From my first from John Sorrentino, who provided great guidance and estimates for several options, to the great crew who showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day, and really knew their stuff. The bottom line is that Pipe Works price was very good and their service was even better.

We recently worked with Frederick Akridge from PipeWorks for some major plumbing upgrades, and his meticulous work left us thoroughly impressed. He installed a pressure-regulating valve, multiple shut-off valves for the main water line and water softener, and even replaced the corroded safety valves for our washing machine. His attention to detail is unmatched. What truly set him apart was the care he took in explaining everything he did. He walked me through each valve, making sure I understood exactly how to control the water flow throughout our home. It's rare to find someone who’s not just skilled but also takes the time to educate their customers. If you're looking for a plumber who's detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in their work, I can't recommend Fredrick highly enough.

Not only are they knowledgable and professional, but for matters of sewer line 'issues', all the Pipe Works' techs we've had are THE BEST. Quick to the scene. Informative on the options. Understanding of the 'nature' of the problem too. I have been a Pipe Works customer for a long time. While they are expensive they are usually respectful and responsive. I am done with them. Should have bagged them when they did my generator and then tried to increase the price to my wife because they measured incorrectly. This time my wife called on Friday explained she needed a dryer vent (2 foot run) installed, she was informed as that a tech with a full truck of parts would be over the following day to quote and move forward with repairs. Tech came and quoted me $850 to drill two 4" holes and install the kit. He said that he needed parts and could not come until Monday. Normally I would never pay this as it is outrageous but time is of the essence so I told him to go ahead I even offered to pick up the part from home depot as this was time sensitive, he said they don't have the staff to do it today but would return first thing on Monday morning. My wife got someone to wait at home while she dropped my Son off at school and when she returned nobody was there. My wife called just before noon to ask why nobody showed up or called.and was told it would not be done today. Mind you nobody called just a no show. She was told it was a part issue, I called and was told told by Jared that they have no techs available. Which is it? I asked if I could speak to management and was told that he was at lunch by Jared. I then called back and was told by Adriana that he was in a meeting. I asked which it was and she laughed in my face. I asked her why she was laughing and she continued to chuckle. Terrible customer service, not reliable, not truthful, and they just don't care. There is a saying "good aint cheap, and cheap aint good." Well Pipe works your not cheap and not good.
