They were on time and very helpful, explained everything he was about to perform (without even being asked). But after talking to others, that also had gotten water heaters around the same time, I had over paid by hundreds!!

Got the job done quickly

$250 to tighten a nut because I was told they had to charge for a house call. The job was flexible and I could have waited for quotes.

Scheduling took months. The process was opaque and I kept receiving contradictory information about how the scheduling process worked. However, the guys who came to do the job where great and did great work.

Far too expensive .

They replaced sump pump sure it wasn't working, but later snaked the drain for added costs. Isn't working much better than before they came, more than $800 later. They brought a 75 foot snake when I clearly advised in my request that they have one of at least 100 feet. Didn't learn that until they were well into the job. The worker was pleasant and polite, but I was left unsure if I will have the same problem soon. They finally said they believed I just have a broken drain and said they could fix it for $4,000 to $5000. A lot for digging up and replacing a plastic sump pump drain pipe. Too much for me.

Quick response to my call. Arrived in 2 hours. Work completed as requested.

Did not show up on the initial bid. Called 1 1/2 hours later to reschedule. We rescheduled and again they were late calling me when we were supposed to meet. They have no carpenter. I believe it is a two person gig trying to appear much larger, with a wife or girl friend doing the books.

I replaced a grinder pump in my finished basement bathroom, and this company is very experienced in this type of service. So very confident in them

They arrived in a van that does not include common replacement parts, a common U trap, resulting in a trip to the store and a further $50 fee. Way overpriced!

The technician was punctual and did a nice job. He cleaned up after he finished and kept me informed about what he was seeing

They talk a good game but do not deliver. Extremely overpriced and unresponsive. Extremely slow.

Jimmy was wonderful! Honest and fair and timely. He followed up to make sure everything was working well. I would (and have!) hire him again for a project.

This company is great. They made a repair a year ago that failed and came back and fixed it for free! Great company! I would hire again and again.
