Poplar Pavers

I am giving these ratings as I got work done by these people to get the front steps and the porch, as well as the retaining wall done, because we have water coming through the front steps into the basements. Also, our retaining wall is in bad shape. A couple days after they did the work, we have noticed a huge crack on the side of the porch. We have called multiple times to come and take a look. He picked up the calls twice but never gave me a definite date to complete the job and follow up and now there is mold growing in the basement which is a health hazard. There is water coming through the front steps and we paid so much money to get this fixed, but it looks like we still have a huge problem and our money is lost. If anyone has a similar problem, please let me know what you did other than the option of filing a complaint. Thank you!

Poplar Pavers did a great job installing our patio. Four years later it still looks brand new. We recently had to remove a small part of it for another project and they were nice enough to come by and repair what we pulled up. Great people and high quality work. Highly recommend.

Milton is a man of his word. (so hard to find this days) replaced 400 SF of sidewalk outside my house. i am a corner house in White Plains NY which makes me responsible for repairs unfortunately. I had some troubles with City of White Plains over repairs: deadline issues, specific requirement, court summons etc. Long story short , i called Milton explained my situation told him what needed to be done and he told me he would take care of it and i shouldn't worry about it. gave me a good price, communication and service was excellent, City inspector was very happy and case was closed. Very grateful thank you again Milton.

Working with Mr. Goncalves and Poplar Pavers was a great experience. He told me what he was going to do and did exactly that. It was a quick installation taking two days one day for prep and one for installation. I was amazed when Mr.Goncalves returned after the job was done to inspect it. He personally made an adjustments to one area before he would take the last payment. Most importantly is the price he gave was the final price, no add ons. His word is his bond.

Fast and professional. Men worked quickly, cleaned up well. Very well done. Great customer service. Just let them know exactly what you want and have that figured out by time you contact them. I would definitely hire them again and reasonably priced!

Unbelievable job! I had a stone walkway and concrete slab for a trash cans installed and it turned out 100 times better than I could have dreamed. The crew was professional and meticulous and the job was finished in less than a day and a half. Will most definitely hire again and recommend them to anyone.

Milton and Elvis make an awesome team. The whole crew is respectful and dedicated. I did have a design issue and Elvis created something even better! Reasonable price for truly quality work. I am very choosy and so is my husband. We were both very impressed and pleased with our new patio and 3 stoops/entries and walkway. I interviewed approx 8 people. Poplar Paving was a great choice!
