Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. They reached out to us through Angi. Mike was here the next day, we had an estimate before he left. After reviewing ProCrafters and the shingles they provide we decided they were a good fit for us. Mike said they would be here the following Thursday at 7 and be done by 7 that evening. We had some weather that hindered their progress but they were persistent. The roofers were efficient with little or no down time. Clean up was amazing!

The company called, an individual came out and gave us an estimate. We had a new garage roof in just a few days.

We had major hail damage. Our house is a story and a half with a large 30x36 garage and signal car size shed. It took them a day and a half. Everyone that worked on our house was great! We worked with Adam and Robert on issues we didn’t understand. Everything from work that was missed and not completed properly from previous construction, to insurance questions. Everything was explained in great detail. They were on time, did everything promised, and our yard had all debris and nails cleaned to great satisfaction! I like that Adam was honest, upfront, and personable!

This business provides great communication along with great service. Someone always was available on the phone to answer our questions or called back with the answer. The work done by the crew was excellent. They worked till dark the first day and were there the next day bright and early to finish. The work site was cleaned so well we didn't even remember we had a large crew in our yard except when we looked up and saw the new roof! We are very pleased with the job well done!

We suffered great damage to our house, garage and shed roofs and had some pretty bad adjusters sent to us. I was beside myself, having never had to deal with anything comparable to this before. Damage was wide spread in our midwest area and people were not interested in coming to give estimates in a timely manner. I called ProCrafters Roofing after seeing an advertisement for them on line and they came the next day, got on my roof and assessed the damage...they helped me with my insurance company and worked with me in terms that I could understand. When my insurance company sent another adjuster to survey the damage, nearly a year and a half after the 1st one, Adam was there to explain things to them that I could not put into words...He came out twice after that to confirm damage to my insurance company and went to bat for me when the adjuster didn't believe there was that much damage. Work was begun as soon as we got the go ahead from my insurance company , with a team of seven very considerate workers....and Adam stayed the whole day, to insure that things were done correctly. They roofed my house, my 2 1/2 car garage and my shed all in the same day and cleaned my gutters and left no mess, nails or other things in my yard when they were finished. Everything they had to move was put back in place before they left. Robert Hobson and Adam Bailey were the BEST there is to work with...I might also add that EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED with a question or information , day or night, Robert answered the phone and steered me in the right direction. Thank you so very much for your assistance and patience in making this happen and for guiding me when I wasn't sure what I was doing. ProRoofing, Robert and Adam are true professionals in every sense of the word and I would recommend them highly for anyone to use in the future~ Thank you, sincerely, Adam and Robert...You will never know how much you are appreciated..
