Proper Plumbing

I had a leak under my back deck I thought was a supply line. I called Proper Plumbing and Scott came out immediately to take a look! After fishing around in a foot of muddy water for a little while he told me it was a landscaping pipe and although he typically doesn't work on landscaping piping he could do it. I told him I could fix it and asked him how much for the house call? That's OK he said, No charge! Scott has done work for me before and they are always courteous, professional and most importantly get the job done right! I trust them and I highly recommend them! Dave.

Scott was polite and did good work but I thought he was going to give me a quote. He did and then started doing the work. I never bid the work. He was fast. One thing he needs to do is to put items back when he takes them out.
