Bottom Line Up Front: While RSG was a little pricey, the final product is definitely worth it. Project value is different depending on your budget so go with RSG if you buy a Honda Civic over a Kia Soul (don't hate on me...I'm just trying establish a reference point). Rating caveat: I give very few 5 or 1-star reviews. Nobody is perfect and few have no redeeming value at all. Don't read too much into "just" a 4-star review. Review: RSG ended up being the highest bid that we received to replace all four sides of our previous fence. Initially, we were looking for a fence to keep our dogs more isolated from those around us (having six dogs simultaneously barking and howling is truly an annoying experience for neighbors). However, we decided to give RSG as fair a shake as the other guys during the selection process - and I'm very glad we did. After reviewing a few of their previous installations, we realized the fence didn't have to have a solely utilitarian purpose. We saw that it could be an excellent way to increase the property value. With that new outlook on the project, we engaged the services of RSG and were very pleased with the result. Here is a sample of a few of the small things they did that really elevated the fit, finish and durability of the final product: +-Evenly graded the ground below the bottom rot board so that there were no gaps. +-2x4s were used as the stringers/runners instead of 2x3s to help prevent sagging. +-The bracket hardware for the post-to-runner attachment was the most secure that I've seen. +-All of the runner ends were butted flush against one another. This increases the fence strength but is frequently where gaps and measurement inaccuracies are hidden. ***2 month update: As always happens with new fences, there was a little settling of the fencing and yard with rain and freezes. The tightness of the installation tolerances were so good that it didn't affect the fence at all except right at the gate. Within hours of notifying them, they had guys at our house to fix it. Another example of their quality and value.

RSG has completed an iron fence around a pool, privacy around the pump and AC and also chain link fencing for my dog. I have had nothing but the best experiences with the team and also the 5 star work they deliver. Fast and beautiful and I am proud of my fencing by RSG!

RSG did a great job installing our new fence. We are very pleased with the workmanship and we highly recommend them.

RSG Fence did a wonderful job at installing a new wood fence for our backyard at un-beatable price. Juan and his crew are very professional and customer oriented. They took down the old fence and built the new one within a day. The work was done professionally with great quality and attention to details. Juan took care of a couple of tweaks very promptly, And they stained the fence very thoroughly. Now we really enjoy the beatiful fence in our backyard. Its was very important to Juan, making sure I was satisfied and happy with the fence they built for me. Juan did a final walkthrough to make sure it was a professional job and had his guys touch up any spots that might have been missed. The guys that built the fence were very fast, hard working & did a quality job. I'm very happy with my fence, the price and customer service was great.

Juan was very responsive to my request and provided multiple quotes based on the information I provided. He was able to complete the job within a matter of days after deciding on using his services. The other companies I spoke with either could not complete the job within a reasonable time frame or were unable to get licensed and registered in my city. I have already referred this company to my other neighbors.

Juan arrived early for the estimate. He was professional and explained why they used the products they used and their 10 year warranty on the paint. I was very happy with the estimate and the price was reasonable. I did specifically ask about paying with a credit card, and he said there would be no fee. They finished the job promptly. The fence was painted very well. I had specifically asked them to be careful with our plants in the flowerbeds. In general they did well but did get paint on one rose bush and another plant. It’s not horrible but could have been avoided. Throughout they communicated well. I would hire them again.
