Ken and Troy were just great. Two of the hardest workers I know and they kept advising us on good maintenance along the way. We have an appliance that is not easy to keep running, but they know just what to do and worked on it 2 hrs to get it straightened out. Ken and his partner were prompt with a 15 minute "on the way" call. They disassembled my dryer twice to verify my dryer problem which unfortunately required a repair that ultimately would cost about as much as a new dryer. Clean up was efficient and complete. The charge was just for the service call and reasonable.

They were very prompt on getting to my problem but they way overcharged for the amount of time they were there. I watched what they did.

"I was very surprised at this review. We went out and looked at the refrigerator. Not only did we repair the issue with the refrigerator but also gave customer good advise about the maintenance and functionality of the refrigerator. The cost of the repair was given to him before any work was done. Based on his review don't understand why he would call anyone for repairs as he seems to know how to fix anything. People never cease to amaze me."

I paid $475. to have a new garbage disposal put in and a new filter for my refrigerator. I am not certain this is comparable, but I do believe they did a good job yesterday with both.

Ken was absolutely fantastic and super professional. Ken is the owner of the company and came out and did the work himself. I got a call the same day the job was posted, his estimate for the work was fair, and the repair work was done the same day! Absolutely outstanding. We were in a bind, refrigerator was leaking because a defrost issue and we were going on a trip. They quickly accommodated us. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and quickly resolved the program. Will use them in the future.

Ken, the owner of Reliable Refrigeration and Appliance Repair, was our service man. He was very friendly, patiently explained everything he was doing as well as what he expected our oven to do. He diagnosed the problem, gave me repair options, picked up the needed part, and installed it the same day. I would definitely call him again if an appliance repair is needed.

I called and explained the problem with my dishwasher. He listened and told me what the problem was and suggested for me to purchase a new one because of the age of the dishwasher and the estimated cost to repair. He was very honest with me and I appreciated it.
