Rick responded to my call immediately and came the next morning. He fixed the AC, but was completely honest about how due to the age of my unit I would be looking at a replacement soon. He was courteous, listened carefully, and answered all my questions. I will definitely us him in the future.

Rick genuinely cares about his customers. He is easily accessible and communicates throughout. He is extremely fair and reasonable in terms of pricing and gets the work done in a timely and professional manner. Our A/C went out during a heat wave and I contacted him after hours. He came out the next day and replaced our condenser. Can't thank him enough and I would recommend him to anyone including friends and family.
