Our experience with Roadway Moving was great from beginning to end. The team showed up right on time and immediately made us feel comfortable with how friendly and attentive they were. Diego and his team were AMAZING! They moved me out of my one bed in Brooklyn and into my new apartment in just a few hours, even though there was an active nor’easter with pouring rain and wind. They wrapped all of our furniture so nothing was damaged, and even assembled it when we got to the new space. I can’t imagine moving without them in the future!

Before the move, they walked us through everything and made inventorying our home simple. Roadway was a lifesaver for my move from NYC to DFW, especially because I booked pretty last minute, Pisces things lol. Once my date was secured, they made the entire process feel manageable. Their team handled the COI with my building, coordinated truck access on a small NYC street, packed up my entire studio, and kept me updated throughout the process. They also helped with furniture disposal and clearing out the apartment, which saved me from having to hire someone separately while I was trying to move out of state. My belongings made it down to DFW about a week later, and I was in constant communication with them about when they would be arriving. Overall, I felt like I was in really good hands from pickup to delivery. Moving in and out of NYC can be so stressful and complicated with all the regulations, but Roadway made it feel so easy. I completely get why everyone uses them. I would definitely use them again for a long-distance move.

I cannot recommend Roadway moving enough! Their service and communication was top tier. White glove service from start to finish. I literally did not lift a single thing during the move! I had so much going on during moving week but They took the stress off my plate and handled every little detail which is priceless. I got to turn my brain off and just relax! They work so efficiently and fast — my entire place was packed up before I knew it. Everything was neatly packed and secure. They also unpacked, sorted and placed furniture exactly where I wanted it and rearranged to my liking. Despite all the inconveniences they always had a positive attitude and a smile on their face. Moving is usually one of those things I really dread, especially when you have an entire apartment of furniture, boxes, and way too much movie memorabilia to get from one place to another. I was honestly surprised by how smoothly the whole day went. Our moving lead, Edo, was amazing and really went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, made sure everything was handled with care, and kept the whole process moving without it ever feeling chaotic. They got everything out of our old apartment and into the new one quickly, including all of my filming equipment, and everything arrived safely. I had an excellent experience with Roadway Moving. Before they arrived, I received a text with live tracking so I could see how far away the team was and when to expect them. They arrived at 9 a.m. on the dot, walked through my apartment with me, and went over everything before getting started. They packed my studio apartment, picked up and packed the items in my storage unit, and moved everything into my new two-bedroom apartment—all by around 2:30–3 p.m. that same day. Their speed really stood out, but they were also careful with my belongings. Everything arrived in the same condition, and they asked where I wanted things placed.
