We have now had our retractable awning 13 years. Never an issue the awning and material is like new. Sitting on our deck with the awning we are able to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner. We consider it our summer home.

The worst company. The biggest mistake in my life. This company broke after 4 years. They did not stand with their warranty. I will never use them again.

They were a pleasure to deal with from the salesman to the installers. They were neat, clean and did a wonderful installation job. They cleaned up after themselvesa d left us with a beautiful awning for us to enjoy!

They are cordial, prompt and efficient.

The awning is just beautiful. We have had it only for a week but enjoying it every day. Rain or shine. Protects us from the weather when we are outside and blocks the sun when we are having dinner inside. A great investment. Thank you Rollup Awning.

We loved the awning and used it often, and then it rained, although we paid over a thousand dollars extra to be able to use it during moderate rainfall,we can't, the water starts to pool in the middle and the seams are starting to pucker. We called to complain and they sent someone to adjust it, still having the same problem only now my husband has to duck to get under the front of it due to the adjustment.We called again and were told the salesman never told us we could use it in the rain and it was our responsibility to know if the angle of our roof was able to handle the rain issue even though they sent a professional out to our house to do what they called "a site check" pre installation . In the front of their contract there is a line that says initial if awning not to be used in the rain due to lack of proper pitch, it is blank,no initials. In short they told us we could use the awning in the rain and we paid extra to do so, but we can't and roll up awning refuses to do the right thing. Donna M. In Levittown

The salesman came to the house and answered every question we had. The selection was fantastic and financing was available. We were especially drawn to the strength of the warranty and that ultimately informed our decision. The installation was quick and professional. My husband noticed a little slant to the awning once unrolled and called for them to come and fix it. They came out within a few days without a problem and fixed the issue. It was pricey but we were satisfied with the outcome.

They were an excellent company to deal with. Customer service both on the phone and in the store was exceptional. Would highly recommend them!

The salesman I had was very thorough and kind. He showed me samples of the systems they have as well as swatches of fabric to choose from to place on my awning. The installation process was very smooth and before I knew it, I had a brand new awning on my house to use whenever I decided to head outside to relax or entertain guests in my own backyard! I cannot express my gratitude towards this company as they treated me well and provided a very high quality item! I love my awning very much and would recommend their awnings to everyone!

He did what I asked him to do, he has great prices and does real good work.
