I sent pictures of the work to be done. He didn't give me the list of materials to purchase. He was upset because I had not bought materials. I told him that I'm not an electrician I don't what to get. We agreed that he would send a list. Have not seen list.

On Wednesday afternoon a thunderstorm and 70 mph winds caused a tree limb to fall on our power lines. If that wasn't frightening enough, our meter box located on the brick wall of our home caught fire when the metal pole containing the wiring was ripped from the wall during the impact! Chad came bright and early at 7 am the next morning. He and his assistant assessed the damage, and they returned promptly with a city permit and supplies. They replaced our meter base, installed a new service riser and wiring to the main breaker. When Entergy restored power, everything worked! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Chad's professionalism, expert repair at a fair price, and his willingness to work with our insurance company. This is why I will definitely use Russell Electric in the future. If youâ re looking for great service, I highly recommend you choose Chad to get the job done!
